Tucson’s Greek Festival
Last night, tonight, and tonight tomorrow night is the Greek Festival over the Greek Orthodox Church, it’s a lot of fun and is a great cultural event in Tucson. If you haven’t been, and should really go out and support them, it’s a Tucson tradition.
Tequila and Trumpets
Also tomorrow, Sunday, is Tequila and Trumpets at the Playground. Thats a great Sunday brunch, and something fun to do for your weekend.
Chilli Festival
This weekend is also the Chili Fest at Rilllito Park! Go check that out if you haven’t got your Hatch chiles, if your chili fan, and if you like good food as they will have lots of stuff going on out there.

Oro Valley Music Festival and Tucson Balloon Tours
Next week, we have to Oro Valley Music Festival and the Tucson Balloon Tours of started. We did that tour a couple years ago and it’s amazing! You have to take that tour! You get to fly above the world and it’s stunning and quiet and peaceful and beautiful to do that! If you’re afraid of heights, you won’t be 🙂

Nightfall at Old Tucson Studios is starting next weekend! The cool thing is for Nightfall, there’s all kinds of fun Halloween stuff We’ll tell you more about it next show, but check it on the calendar!

I don’t have any money with me, today, but there’s a lot more of it! Tony’s Tech Tip: Venmo
Lastly, I want to talk about this cool program called Venmo (iTunes / Google Play). It’s an App that you load on your phone and then you invite your friends, just like you do with most social things, but this one is for paying people! So, a friend of ours just invited us out to see a comedian and bought the tickets, and so what I said to him was “Hey, I won’t see you until the showtime which is in a month, go ahead and hit a request on Venmo,” which he did and it gave me the exact amount of the tickets that we owe. We want him to have his money back right away, so I immediately just went in and I see his request, I click a button that says “pay” and my charge card immediately pays!
