Darren and I decided to do our third renovation home loan. This loan requires one contractor who can perform all of the remodel work, on budget and on time. This contractor also has to be willing to work with the lender, appraiser and client through the process. A Pro Restoration was referred to us by another top REALTOR® in Tucson. We had not worked with them in the past, so it was a big risk. They came highly recommended, so we decided to go for it. Absolutely no regrets! Everyone (all of the subs) they referred to us did a great job and they did what they said they were going to do. The work was finished on time and on budget.
