In 2013 Patricia Schwabe with her husband Ron Schwabe decided to bring the flavors of traditional Mexican cuisine to the old building in downtown Tucson that they were getting ready to renovate. Patricia grew up with the influence of her mother’s kitchen, a traditional Mexico City cuisine, full of flavors inspired by the pre-colombian ingredients, mixed with the influence of the Spanish and French.
