Oro Valley Marketplace
Tucson has many fun places to go for a shopping spree, like Park Place Mall on the East side or La Encantada in the Foothills. If you’re in Oro Valley, don’t worry, now there is a mall close by for you too! Oro Valley Marketplace opened in late 2008 and has quickly become a hotspot for the Northwest side.
This marketplace is an outdoor open-air mall that brings upscale sophistication to the area. It includes a beautiful Century Theatre Complex, a DSW, Ulta, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Cost Plus World Market, and many others. As you walk between stores in the gorgeous Tucson weather enjoy the music which plays from speakers throughout the mall.
You can shop for clothes, pet food, groceries, grab lunch, get your nails shiny, and see a movie all at the same place! Restaurants at Oro Valley Marketplace include Red Lobster, The Keg, Olive Garden, Harvest Moon, and even In-N-Out Burger.
Because we love our desert and always want to keep it beautiful, the developers of Oro Valley Marketplace made sure that they helped in this movement. The entire complex has a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certificate. And, they also restored the Riparian sanctuary adjacent to the property. It also provides a place for community activities, such as races and craft fairs.
Whether it’s for a Friday night movie, Happy Hour after work, or Christmas shopping, Oro Valley Marketplace is the place to go! Hours vary based on stores.
