For more fun, you can bring in your old belongings and see if you can make some money! Bookmans offers cash and trade credit for your used items. With trade credit, Bookmans is not only an entertaining thing to do in Tucson, but it is also free!
Bookmans has a constantly changing inventory and is a wonderful weekend activity for the family. The potential for a cash reward for their old games and books is a great incentive to get the kids to clean out their rooms!
Bookmans is also a Tucson hotspot for music junkies because, in addition to offering thousands of used CDs, sheet music, and instruments, They also sell concert tickets (usually at a discounted price, too).
This shop prides itself on being eco-friendly, anti-censorship, and crusaders for literacy. If you drive an electric car you will be happy to know that their Grant location offers a free charging station right in the parking lot! They have their own line of anti-censorship t-shirts, bookmarks, and bags. They also hold the Bookmans Reading Challenge which awards $5,000 to the local elementary school whose students read the most books.
