University of Arizona Football Tailgate
The University of Arizona Football Tailgate is such a great social experience. It’s no secret that Tucsonans take their U of A sports seriously. If you haven’t been to a U of A tailgate before, or even if you have, every football season you are in for a treat. Just FYI, it starts six hours before kickoff. That’s some serious business right there alone. So be sure to plan accordingly.
Close to downtown, The U of A Mall transforms into a gathering of friends, family, food, music, frisbee, bags and more. In many cases, it’s an opportunity for others to reconnect with former classmates and friends that they might not see during the offseason. Don’t worry if you might not know anyone. Just come hang out in someone’s “living room” and be part of this great community.
