Tucson Farmers Market

It’s amazing how much produce you can get for your money at a farmers market. Farmers in the surrounding areas attend local Tucson farmers markets almost every day of the week.

We have indoor and outdoor farmer’s markets here in Tucson. One of our favorite in-door farmer’s markets is on 17th street and called The 17th Street Market. There is a huge assortment of local produce and even some interesting items you don’t find often.

Located at 830 E 17th Street. From Broadway & Euclid go south (Euclid turns into Park) go under the Basket Bridge and take your first right on 18th Street. Make sure you do the speed limit of 35 because there are always several motorcycle cops handing out speeding tickets! From 18th Street take an immediate right (no name street alley) to 17th street. Go left on 17th street and it’s just ahead. These direction videos created by the owners will help. It’s worth the confusion on your first visit.

The Mercado San Augustine also has a great farmers market on Thursdays. Here the cherry on top is that it benefits the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona. There are great causes all around us!

Rincon Valley Farmer’s Market is another fun thing to do in Tucson. Located in east Tucson by the Saguaro National Monument. Grab some treats from the market and head over for a stroll through the park.

Whichever great Tucson farmers market you decide to go to we are absolutely sure that you’re going to find something deliciously tasty to bring home with you.
