He represented his clients very well - he was extremely thorough in inspections and clear in the repair requests he made of my clients. We were ultimately able to find a middle ground that made all parties happy, with no one feeling like they missed out. Fortunately, I found Tony Ray Baker through a real estate friend in California. The house was my parents, built in 1970. My brother kept it and used it occasionally through the years. Houses do better when they are occupied. Obviously, this house needed lots of work. Tony Ray's team came in and did an amazing transformation of the whole house and grounds. It was not an easy fix but with their vision, it turned out incredibly. The kitchen cabinets are works of art. The surrounding area has many very upscale houses and now, with the new "face lift" my inherited house is ready for a new owner and many more years of fun and pleasure. Only with the excellent help of Tony Ray keeping me in the loop constantly, was this an easier transition. I only had to make one trip to Tucson from California to remove some sentimental things, the rest was dealt with by Tony Ray. I've bought and sold some real estate in the past, and this was by far the easiest transaction I've encountered. Anything I needed to have done, he managed it. He swept in and saved the day!  He's super knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me every step of the way (which is what I was requiring).  He knew instantly who the buyer would be for the house and what timing we needed to put the house on the market.  House got an offer almost immediately!
